We had a cake-filled Thursday last week at our Macmillan Coffee Morning, raising £473 in total for the Macmillan charity!
Macmillan's Coffee Morning is their biggest fundraising event to support people living with cancer. People all over the UK host their own Coffee Morning, and donations raised on the day are made to Macmillan.
We were so proud of our generous staff to have raised so much money, some even giving the cash they won on our monthly Birthday Wheel too! Not to mention all the hard work our team and even their family members have put into baking a variety of delicious cakes, but the winning cake had to be Clare Ray's lemon cake, gone before our MD Barry could even get to the table!
